Don’t Drink … Play!

If you enjoy a cocktail occasionally, leave your money at home if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your pocketbook, your money belt, and keep all money, charge cards and checks out of the casino. Pack whatever money you anticipate to use on alcohol, tipping and whatever pocket change you intend to throw away and keep the remainder behind.

Cynical? Not at all. Just realistic. You can experience a profit after a boozy evening out with your comrades and be blessed enough to hook a long roll at a smokin craps table. Hang on to that adventure considering that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you regularly drink alcohol and gamble. The two just do not mix.

Leaving your moolah out of the casino is a little dramatic, but precautionary measures for drastic behavior is compulsory. If you wager to succeed, then don’t drink alcohol and gamble. If you can afford to toss away your money without a concern, then consume all the gratuitous alcohol your stomach can handle, but don’t carry plastic credit and cheques to throw into the mix of following losses after your drunk as a skunk brain loses all the cash!

Permit me to take this 1 step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then go on to the internet to gamble in your favorite casino either. I love to cocktail from the comfort of my abode, however seeing that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards in close proximity, I can not drink alcohol and gamble.

What’s the reason? Even though I do not consume alcohol a lot, when I consume alcohol, it is clearly adequate to befuddle my common sense. I wager, so I do not drink alcohol when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, don’t gamble at the same time. The two mix up for a ferocious, and costly, cocktail.
